A Word From The Pastor
Dear Church Family:
When we think of the church, we are reminded that the word church in its literal meaning is a 'called-out group or assembly.' We must also remember that our Lord Jesus Christ is the head of the church. Therefore, with these truths in mind, we know that the Lord has called His church for and to a purpose.
The purpose might best be summed up in the terms 'Ministry' and 'Missions'. I believe that a church which is really seeking to fulfill its purpose will be active in these two areas. I am continually grateful to our Lord that Apalache Baptist Church is an active growing fellowship. What a vast and great potential lies within our community and within those individuals who are already a part of this body of believers. I pray daily that we will seek to do one thing in the life of Apalache Baptist Church - to strive to know and to do God's will.
It is a joy to serve with you and I pray God's richest blessings upon each of you. Lori and I are very grateful to God for leading us to Apalache and we look forward to many years of Christian service here.
